§ 1 Scope Supplies, services, offers, and sales are exclusively based on the following conditions. These are part of all completed contracts and also apply to all future business relations, even if they are not expressly agreed. Upon placing an order, or no later than upon receipt of delivery, these Terms are recognized by the customer. Contradictory Terms or deviating counter-confirmations will be accepted only if explicitly agreed by us in writing.
All offers on the website are subject to change. Orders and verbal agreements become binding only upon our written confirmation (via email), processing of the payment, or by sending the goods and the respective invoice.
All prices displayed on the website are net prices. Our authorized payment gateway will securely process all customer payments and automatically calculate, collect, and remit any applicable local Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or consumption tax based on the buyer's billing location at checkout. Payments are processed securely via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment methods provided at the checkout.
The warranty for new products is generally 2 years, unless another warranty period is explicitly offered. Guarantees are only binding if offered as such. We do not warrant that the specific aesthetic or technical functions of the watch satisfy the subjective requirements of the buyer beyond the official specifications. Transport damage and all claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods in writing via email. In the case of justified complaints, we will deliver the shortfall, repair the item, or provide a replacement. In the case of a complaint within the warranty period, the buyer must ship the item back to us securely packaged and adequately insured according to its value. We are not liable for ordinary wear and tear of the goods, defects caused by faulty or negligent treatment, unusual operating conditions, glass breakage, watch bracelets, crowns/pushers damaged during customer use, or case cracks and scratches that do not reduce the purely technical functionality of the mechanism. The guarantee is strictly limited to the technical function of the movement. Warranty is void if the operating instructions are not followed, the watch is handled carelessly, opened by unauthorized persons, or if any changes or part replacements are made to the mechanism.
We insure all goods for shipping according to their full value. Uninsured shipping cannot be offered. Delivery dates are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Agreed delivery dates refer to the estimated receipt of goods. Shipping and type of delivery are selected by us, though we endeavor to take into account the buyer's preferences where possible. Any resulting additional shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
Your personal data used for a purchase order will be treated strictly confidentially. Our data protection practice is fully in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and international privacy laws. To fulfill your order, necessary data (name, email, and shipping address) is processed by us and our processing partners. Our payment gateway securely processes all financial details no credit card or sensitive payment data is stored on our servers. A re-use or re-distribution of your personal data without your express consent is strictly excluded.
The customer has the right to revoke the contract and return the goods within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. To safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the revocation notice or the item within this timeframe. The revocation notice and returns must be sent to: Gennadii Borysenko Consequences of Return: Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund of the product purchase price will be processed. All refunds are issued exclusively back to the customer's original payment method (original credit card or PayPal account) securely through our payment gateway within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
All texts, graphics, descriptions, phrases, and images used in our shop are our exclusive property and are subject to international copyright laws. Our pictures and content may in no case be copied, distributed, or used elsewhere on the Internet without our written permission.
We reserve the ownership of the supplied goods until all payments from the respective business relationship with the buyer are fully received.
The relations between the buyer and us are exclusively subject to the laws of Ukraine, also in legal relationships with international buyers. |
